Cast Products, Inc. (CPI) is an engineering and manufacturing company specializing in cast aluminum products for emergency medical, firefighting, police, specialty vehicles, trucking and marine industries. We have served these industries since 1979, providing a unique line of superior products.

Our Engineering Department and Tooling Specialists continue to utilize state of the art 3D Solid Modeling Software, CAD/CAM and CNC technology to provide new parts for your scrutiny.
We can help you design your unique castings through the aid of 3D Parametric Solid Modeling. With the ability to deliver to our customers accurate designs, we also enjoy being able to produce rendered photographs of the castings and assemblies. Through software error checking, this ensures that our end products will meet to your satisfaction, before any tooling process has begun.
We can also import and export our ideas using several formats. The most widely used are .dxf and .dwg for Cadd 2d drawings. For Solid Modeling Softwares, the .iges format is proven to be best.
Through the aid of CAM and CNC technology, we manufacture and machine our entire line of castings in house, as well as machine the sand-mold tooling used for the production of all our castings. By holding all processes to one site, this ensures that tolerances will be met to our specifications, as well as holding down the intial start-up cost.
